Join the Mother Your Way Online Yoga Club and get access to a library on online yoga videos, to use at home whenever suits you!

Videos are maximum 15 mins long, so can be fitted into your busy daily routine. There are sequences for trimester 2 and trimester 3, including birth prep.

Videos include:

  • morning flows

  • bedtime wind downs

  • birth prep

  • low energy days

  • birth ball sequence

  • pelvic floor work
