They are for your use at home. The more you listen to them the better. You might choose to listen to them with your birth partner and sometimes without.

I recommend listening to your affirmations track as soon as you wake up - leave your headphones by your bed and listen to them as you are waking up, when your unconscious mind is super receptive!

Each time you listen to them you are training yourself to relax (a powerful tool for labour and birth) plus you are allowing your unconscious mind to be fed positivity about birth. This allows you to move away from fear and into confidence.

It is very important that you don't listen to them when you are doing something that requires your full attention, such as driving. You want to find somewhere quiet that you can listen to these tracks, where you are unlikely to be disturbed. This might be in bed before you go to sleep or on the sofa after your dinner.

The affirmation track is an exception to this as this one can be listened to when you do other things, for example getting ready on a morning.
